Find Ecstasy
(Prosperity Paths, “Give of Yourself,” p. 11)
Posture: Sit in easy pose or in a chair with a straight spine with a light neck lock (Jalandhar Bandh).
Focus: The eyes are closed, focused on the tip of the nose.
Breath: The breath will come naturally.
Mantra: This meditation is done to the mantra, HUMMEE HUM BRUM
HUM, but the meditation is silent.
Meaning of Mantra: “We are we and we are one.” On a higher spiritual level it means we are already everything we need to be.
Mudra: Elbows relaxed at your sides. Extend the forearms in front of you parallel to the ground, palms facing down. Move both hands in a crescent moon movement in front of the heart center, sweeping the energy up. Silently move the hands up and down in rhythm with Nirinjan Kaur’s version of “Hummee Hum Brahm Hum.”.
Time: Continue for 11 minutes.
End: Inhale deeply, hold, make the hands tight like steel and cross the energy between the hands with a mental focus. Cannon Fire exhale through the mouth. Repeat 2 more times. On the last breath tighten every molecule and muscle in the body. Relax.
Comments: Do this meditation in the morning. You will find the practical meaning of ecstasy.
