Comments: The mantra, Gobinday, Mukunday, Udaaray, Apaary, Hariang, Kariang, Nirnamay, Akaamay, is noted for the capacity to break through deep-seated blocks. Combined with Har, the creative, green aspect of God, this mantra is frequently used as a prosperity meditation. Remember to pull in the navel slightly with each Har and to touch the tongue to the upper palate just above the teeth to make the r sound. Make no excuses for your desire to be prosperous; it is a divine desire that should be given divine expression. — Yogi Bhajan. You may chant along with one of the many tapes or CDs from 3HO that have this mantra available…or chant a cappella.
