On the Divine Mother

(The Aquarian Teacher, p. 434.)

PART ONE

Sit in Easy Pose or in a chair with a straight spine. Pull a gentle Root Lock and Neck Lock. The eyes are closed and focused at the third eye point. The hands are in Gyan Mudra. Meditate on the Infinite energy coming from the primal womb, in an unending spiral, without beginning or end, going to Infinity.

PART TWO

With the eyes remaining closed and focused at the third eye point, cup the hands with palms 4-6 inches apart and in front of the face. Beam a mental light through them to the Infinite Light. Watch with mental eyes, through the hands, and see a beam of light going to Infinity.

This is very mind-curing and you will fall in love with it. Meditate with long, deep breathing.

PART THREE

Chant SA TA NA MA.

Go deeper into meditation. Guide the reason to go through the powerful imaginative circle you’ve created with your hands, like a huge beam of light from a torch. Keep the hands fixed in place.

PART FOUR

Maintain your position and concentration. Put your mind into that Infinite Light of its own ecstasy and chant the Kundalini Bhakti Mantra:

Adi Shakti, Adi Shakti, Adi Shakti, Adi Shakti, Namo, Namo

I bow to the Primal Power,

Sarab Shakti, Sarab Shakti, Sarab Shakti, Namo, Namo

I bow to the all encompassing Power and Energy,

Prithum Bhagvatee, Prithum Bhagvatee, Prithum Bhagvatee, Namo, Namo

I bow to that through which God creates,

Kundalini Maat Shakti, Maat Shakti, Namo, Namo.

I bow to the creative power of the Kundalini, the Divine Mother Power.

Time: All four parts of this meditation should be done for equal lengths of time. They can be practiced for 11, 31 or 62 minutes.

Comments: This meditation gives concentration and mental beaming. It tunes into the frequency of the Divine Mother — the primal, protective, generating energy. It eliminates fears and fulfills desires. It gives power of action by removing blocks of insecurity.

The mantra invokes the primary Creative Power which is manifest as the feminine. It calls upon the Mother Power. It will help you to be free of the insecurities which block freedom of action. By meditating on this mantra one can obtain a deeper understanding of the constant interplay between the manifest and the unmanifest qualities of the cosmos and consciousness.
