For The Eleventh Body

(The Ten Light Bodies of Consciousness, Nirvair Singh Khalsa, p. 175)


RA MA MEDITATION

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose or in a chair with your back straight.


Focus: Roll the eyes to the top of the head as though you were looking through the top of the head.


BREATH: Breath is normal.


MANTRA: Mentally repeat the mantra, “RA MA,” which means, “sun, moon.”


MUDRA: Hands in Guan Mudra resting on the knees. Press the tongue up against the roof of the mouth with a slight pressure.


TIME: One to eleven minutes.


COMMENTS: Imagine you are looking through the top of the head into a deep blue sky where you see both the sun and the moon at the same time.
