Rolf Healing Sessions
Rolf Healing Sessions with Saibhung Singh
(Philip) Clampitt Wednesdays at KYL
Come align your body during a special series of healing sessions with Rolf practitioner Saibhung Singh Clampitt. Saibhung Singh teaches KYL’s Monday evening class from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.
Just before graduation from KYL’s Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2009 and after receiving a series of Rolf Bodywork sessions, Saibhung Singh realized that he wanted to become a Rolf Practitioner. The healing
that this work provided made his Kundalini Yoga practice much more powerful. Rolf
Healing totally re-aligned his body’s structure
in harmony with the gravitational pull of the Earth. He felt a greater sense of grounded connection both to spirit and to the world.
So, shortly after graduation from Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2009 Saibhung Singh attended Rolf school in Boulder, Colorado. He returned to Chicago last summer and has begun to share what he’s learned. Saibhung Singh has found that Rolf bodywork therapy and the practice of Kundalini Yoga both have great potential to bring powerful transformation to awaken your full human potential. He hopes to help you live a life of purpose and conscious awareness.
Hourly rate is $125, multi-session discounts are available.

Healing Power of ‘Prosperity’ Gong &
with Shakta Kaur, Saibhung Singh,
and Surinder Singh
Friday, February 17 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
($15 in advance / $17 at the door)
End Your Karma and Connect with the Endless Circle of Infinite Prosperity!
Bring a friend and join us Friday night for one of our most popular monthly sessions of
Gong and Mantra—for
prosperity! This month we’ve chosen a mantra especially designed to jumpstart your New Year with all the abundance that you deserve.
As always, we begin every ‘Healing Power of Gong & Mantra’ session with light Kundalini Yoga to prepare the body for what’s to come (the yoga is appropriate for all levels). Then we move into deep relaxation with not one,
but three beautiful Paiste symphonic gongs. Your mind will have no defense to the gong after 90 seconds!
After the gong we use sound (mantra) to remind us that the entire universe was built on sound, on vibration. And, as we vibrate a particular combination of sounds, we are able to tune into a different level of intelligence, or, consciousness.
The mantra for January, ‘Hari Hari Hari Hari Hari Hari Har,’ has the capacity to open you to attracting and receiving exactly what you need. Sometimes it is more than you might expect or even want and sometimes it is totally different from what you desire. The more you are able to relax into this meditation the more you will allow the manifestation of what the Creator has in mind for you.
to pre-register and join us for the deep vibrational healing of
gong and mantra on Friday.

Just For Fun - TRULY AQUARIAN TEACHERS -
AND THEIR LOVING ASSISTANTS!
Last May a small group of students from the Midwest gathered together in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, for Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. What they didn’t realize at the time was that their gathering was the first of its kind not only in the city of Indianapolis, but, in the entire state of Indiana. They also didn’t realize that with the close proximity of their graduation on December 4th with the ‘change of the age’ on 11.11.11 that they were also the USA’s first class of truly ‘Aquarian Teachers!’
Congratulations to each and every one of them. We applaud their diligence, hard work and growth! And, we delight in watching their continuing journey in becoming ‘consciously conscious of their consciousness!’
And, a big thank you to the five women who shared ‘assistant’ duties during the eight weekends of this first-ever Indianapolis Level 1 course. We couldn’t have done it without their graceful seva!

The New Moon is when you are at your lowest...energy-wise. It is
a good day to fast on lemon and water. Fast from sun-up until the
next morning at breakfast, when you "break" the "fast."
... is the time between the New Moon and the day before the Full
Moon. During this time the energy of the body moves into your higher
centers (chakras). This is the time to bring new things, new people
or new relationships into your life or to accelerate the progress
of your special projects.
11 Days After
Yogi Bhajan taught that this is the day when you are in balance.
The glandular system readjusts itself on this day. Your metabolism
is changing, so if you eat very lightly (green foods) or if you
live just on water and lemon today, your health will be perfect.
Eat very lightly during the day. Eat only one meal and drink lemon
and water the rest of the day.
You are naturally accelerated on a full moon. You are at your highest
energy level. The secretions in your body will be at their maximum,
so you don't want your energy being used to consume food. Save your
energy to reconstruct yourself. Try to drink only liquids on this
day. If you feel you must eat, drink only milk. (But, don't drink
cold milk right out of the refrigerator. Milk should be brought
to a boil. Allow the milk to foam up and then bring the heat down
so the milk is on a slow boil for 5-10 minutes. While cooking it,
you may add a pinch of ground turmeric, a pinch of black pepper,
a cinnamon stick, or a few pinches of ginger to reduce any mucous
causing side effect.)
... is the time between the Full Moon and the day before the New
Moon. This is the best time to remove things, relationships or situations
from your life that no longer serve you. It is not generally thought
of as the best time to start a new project.
