The yogis say that our minds release 1,000 thoughts in the blink of an eye. Some of these thoughts get lost in the unconscious and some get stuck in the subconscious affecting the conscious mind. These thoughts become feelings, emotions, desires and/or fantasies. Instead of mastering our mind, our mind and thoughts end up directing us!
White Tantric Yoga® (WTY) enables you to break through these subconscious blocks so that you can have a more enjoyable life. In the shortest time (one full day) you can experience release from a lot of the burden you carry in your mind.
WTY is done in pairs as a group meditation. Everyone sits facing a partner and follows instructions for
the meditation given via DVD by the Mahan Tantric and Master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan.
[No need to bring a partner.] A representative of the Mahan Tantric will be present to facilitate WTY Chicago.
Our day will consist of between six and eight meditations incorporating:
· a yoga posture (Asana)
Sometimes the meditations are accompanied by music. The meditations vary in length, up to 62-minutes. There are ample breaks between each meditation. The environment is peaceful with a friendly, uplifting and supportive atmosphere.

In this unique six-day course called ‘Authentic Relationships’
you will learn how to consistently connect with the true identity of yourself and others.
You will gain the skills to prevent judgments, fears or circumstances
from obstructing your view of the true identity of everyone in your life
- as ‘Sat Nam.’ Penetrating through illusions and always relating to the true Essence—the Oneness of all—in your relationships is the ultimate goal.
Come explore how to:
- Create and maintain Soul-based relationships;
- Honor the polarities of the male and female energies;
- Recognize and create Authentic Relationships in each area of your life; and
- Cultivate personal practices that develop your capacity for Authentic Relationships.
Each day you will study with the Master--Yogi Bhajan--in a video class and meditation. In addition, you will work individually and in groups, exploring the key concepts and ideas in Authentic Relationships. You will experience kriyas* and meditations as well as other processes to recognize how your personal life is affected both by Authentic Relationships and by relationships with a false core.

The New Moon is when you are at your lowest...energy-wise. It is
a good day to fast on lemon and water. Fast from sun-up until the
next morning at breakfast, when you "break" the "fast."
... is the time between the New Moon and the day before the Full
Moon. During this time the energy of the body moves into your higher
centers (chakras). This is the time to bring new things, new people
or new relationships into your life or to accelerate the progress
of your special projects.
11 Days After
Yogi Bhajan taught that this is the day when you are in balance.
The glandular system readjusts itself on this day. Your metabolism
is changing, so if you eat very lightly (green foods) or if you
live just on water and lemon today, your health will be perfect.
Eat very lightly during the day. Eat only one meal and drink lemon
and water the rest of the day.
You are naturally accelerated on a full moon. You are at your highest
energy level. The secretions in your body will be at their maximum,
so you don't want your energy being used to consume food. Save your
energy to reconstruct yourself. Try to drink only liquids on this
day. If you feel you must eat, drink only milk. (But, don't drink
cold milk right out of the refrigerator. Milk should be brought
to a boil. Allow the milk to foam up and then bring the heat down
so the milk is on a slow boil for 5-10 minutes. While cooking it,
you may add a pinch of ground turmeric, a pinch of black pepper,
a cinnamon stick, or a few pinches of ginger to reduce any mucous
causing side effect.)
