Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine or in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Focus: (Not indicated in YFP.) Close your eyelids and focus at the third eye point.

End: To end, inhale deeply, hold for 10 seconds, then exhale and relax.
Comments: This variation on the “Meditation for Projection from the Heart” is especially good for helping us to act quickly on opportunities as they arise. It is also good for opening the heart chakra and sending the energy of love into the universe, thus creating the green energy that promotes prosperity.
