Posture: Sit in easy pose with light neck lock (Jalandhar Bandh).

Focus: Eyes 1/10th open, with the line of vision focused on the tip of the nose.

Breath: Inhale and hold the breath. Mentally vibrate this entire mantra as the breath is held in. Then completely exhale. As the breath is held out, mentally repeat the same mantra at the same rhythm and rate. Then inhale and continue the cycle.

Mudra: Bring both palms in front of the Heart Center in Prayer Mudra. Keep the hands exactly pressed together with all the fingers fitted exactly against each other. The palms are also locked together in a firm, perfect fit.

Time: Continue 31 minutes.

End: Not indicated. You may always inhale, hold briefly, exhale and relax.

Comments: This is a beautiful meditation which brings neutrality. If you practice this meditation every night before you go to bed, there will be a tremendous change in your destiny. Each dawn shall bring a message of freshness and opportunity.
