Left hand: keep your elbow straight with palm facing the floor. Move your left arm rapidly up and down, about 9 inches total.

Time: 11 minutes.

End: Inhale, solidify the body, and, keeping the attention at the third-eye point, tense every muscle to rebuild the body. Hold 30 seconds and exhale. Immediately inhale and hold 20 seconds. The last time, rapidly exhale, inhale and hold 5 seconds, exhale and relax.
